Our most popular beer, Cream Abdul-Jabbar is light yet flavorful. Brewed with milk sugar (lactose), it has a pleasant sweetness and every-day approachability.
GOBSMACKED
OATMEAL STOUT
A hearty British Stout brewed with flaked oats to give it a fuller, smoother taste and mouthfeel. The flavor notes pop as this beer warms making it one to linger over!
GERONIMO JACKSON
IPA
This beer definitely has plenty of hops! But it has the malty backbone to support them. Featuring Centennial, Cascade, and Columbus hops.

IRISH RED
It doesn't have to be St. Patrick's Day to enjoy this smooth red-hued treat from the Emerald Island! Just order up a pint and with the flick of the wrist you'll be feeling good enough to take on a Chief!

OKTOBERFEST LAGER
Bust out your lederhosen, tune up your accordion, and don't forget to turn that boot before the bubble hits the foot! Our Oktoberfest is a traditional German amber lager but with a slight twist: We use Wisconsin malts as a tip of the hat to all those early German immigrants who made our state the beer capital of the U.S.!

E.S.B
E.S.B. stands for "Extra Special Bitter - but don't let that misnomer scare you off. This British pub ale is nicely balanced featuring tasty malty, caramel-y notes. Idris was the first beer we brewed here at Some Nerve!

Mrs. Choate has baked you up a tasty Amber Ale and she threw in a healthy dose of Rye Malt to add a new, zesty dimension to this hearty loaf of liquid bread! Best part is you don't have travel to Schnitzer's for it. Just amble up to the bar and order a pint!

Barley Wine is a GIANT British dark amber brew. Like most beers, it's made from barley but is as strong as most wines (hence the name). Grawp will warm you up on those cold winter days but be careful - he loves to play but he doesn't always know his own strength!

We took our American Pale Ale and infused it with Japanese Sorachi Ace hops, lemon peel, and lemon grass to give it a bitter finish with a touch of - you guessed it - lemon! Best enjoyed while head-banging!
HONEY BADGER

Don't like big strong beers with a lot of hops? Honey Badger don't care! Looking for a light beer? Honey Badger don't give a... well, you get the idea. This Double IPA is one of the strongest beers we've ever made! It's loaded to the long pointy teeth with American and British hops, balanced by a generous amount of Wisconsin Barley and
real honey.

BELGIAN SAISON
Saison is farmhouse ale that was originally brewed for farmworkers in Wallonia, Belgium, but you don’t have to till the soil to enjoy this medium-bodied, dry-finishing beer! Look for citrusy, spicy notes, from the yeast as well as hints of coriander, ginger and orange peel. In Saison or out of Saison (see what we did there?), we hope you enjoy it!
WOMBAT TUMMY RUBS
ENGLISH BROWN ALE
This English Brown Ale doesn’t have a lot in common with an actual Wombat. One’s a beer, one’s a cuddly marsupial. We just like Wombats. They are both brown, though, and the beer itself is a mild, only slightly bitter ale, malty with just a hint of roastiness. A perfect beverage for hanging out with your favorite furry friend.
MAXWELL'S SILVER AMBER ALE
If you're looking for Something malty, caramel-y and tasty, Oh Darling! have we got a beer for you. Crystal, Munich, and Honey Malts Come Together with Molasses to create a brew fit for Her Majesty herself. You'll come to The End of your pint before you know it but fear not Because all you gotta do is grab that empty glass and Carry That Weight up to the bar and tell your friendly beerkeeper "I Want You to pour me another!"

One of the tastiest summer cocktails is now in beer form! We added pineapple juice and toasted coconut to a hoppy base, making it a unique and fruity IPA. This summer beer is perfect for warm days on the chain!

We cooked up this blonde ale with Huell Melon hops, giving it a mildly fruity finish. It's refreshing and lively making it the first choice of discerning henchmen and bodyguards everywhere!

Trappist monks in Belgium have been brewing beer for centuries to sustain themselves through fasting periods - hence the term "liquid bread". This big, rich Belgian Dubbel is full of toasty goodness with subtle sweet yeast esters in the back-end.

Olde Ale is a strong, rich, British style dark amber ale. Expect notes of caramel, lots of maltiness, and a slight alcohol burn in the back-end.

We started with a tasty American-style IPA recipe. Then we added Malted Rye to the mash to give it another flavor dimension. A delicious, zesty beer for the discerning Sontaran and human alike!

GERMAN ALTBIER
Brewed with ale yeast but fermented like a lager (colder and slower), German Altbier is a smooth malty Amber with just a hint of roasty bitterness.

WHEAT WITH MANGO
We took our American Wheat Ale and went full summer on it! We added fresh mangoes during fermentation to create a crisp, subtly fruited beer that goes perfectly with warm sunshiny days.
DIXON HILL
PRE-PROHIBITION PILSNER
The wave of immigrants that came to America in the 19th and early-20th century brought with them a love and skill for beer. This pilsner is a recreation of what they likely made then, using new-world ingredients to brew their old- world recipes.
IT'S A WHAT NOW?
DUTCH KOYT
Koyt (also spelled Kuit and Kuyt) was the chief beer brewed in the Netherlands from about 1400-1550. Made with 3 malts (Oats, Barley, & Wheat) it has a grainy, nutty flavor and a mild finish perfect for summer activities!

Got Saturday night fever? Disco ball on the fritz? Not with this brew! Munich Dunkel is a malty German lager. Don’t let its dark color harsh your groove – this is smooth, mellow, and easy-drinking! DORTMUNDER EXPORT
Seek it here - seek it on Highway 51! Bust out your denim and leather and throw those horns! We're Deliverin' The Goods with this one. Similar to a Pilsner, this German lager is a little stronger and just hoppy enough to leave you ready to Take On The World! And since we can't stop Runnin' Wild in the brewhouse, we added a subtle hint of orange in the aroma. Have a pint of Hellbent For Lager & you'll be ready to Rock Forever!
TONY ROCKY HORROR
KETTLE SOUR BREWED WITH HAWAIIAN PUNCH
If you got a job to do it's time to get into character and do it. Tony Rocky-Horror is just the man to get you there. Word 'round the campfire is its tart sour kiss, dry finish, and hint of fruit-juicy goodness feels better than a foot massage.
Solid Gold E.Z. Action
Kölsch
Originating in the western German town of Cologne, Kölsch is one of the world's most delicate, E.Z.-drinking beer styles. Its beautiful straw-yellow hue and and mellow fruity esters from the German yeast yields a smooth ale that's nothing less than solid gold.

Cherry Milkshake Sour
Some days your best play is to just pull your guards and sweep around whatever life is sending up the middle. On those days you’re going to want Cherry Kramer leading the way and opening up the field for you. Infused with cherries, milk sugar, and a hint of cinnamon, this tart kettle sour is a world champion.
The Empath
Blonde Ale
The Empath feels your pain and wants to make it all better. Wisconsin is fortunate to have one of the world's leading malt companie - Briess Malting in Chilton. This Gem of a beer features their ultra-smooth new "MaltGems Pilsen Malt yielding a mild, dry, easy-drinking blonde ale that's tastes great wherever your Trek takes you!

Our take on a traditional German Wheat Beer.

Inspired by a friend's uncanny ability to catch mosquitoes in mid-air (as well as a certain 80's movie), we bring you Molly Miyagi – our first hazy IPA! This beer is light, fruity and refreshing with loads of late-addition hops for flavor, while keeping the bitterness to a minimum.

We took our Cream Ale recipe and turned it on its head by adding oatmeal, orange, and vanilla. Order up a pint and you'll feel like you're on a tropical island in no time!

I think I’ll go for a walk outside now, the summer sun’s callin’ my name! (You know you’re singing it…) Afterwards, come relax with a pint or two of Sunshine Day Citrus Sour. The Wrath of Molly!
Hazy IPA
Molly's back - and this time it's personal!
We re-worked our popular Molly Miyagi Hazy IPA by loading it to the upper-decks with Lotus hops. Lotus boasts "waves of orange and vanilla followed by notes of candied grape and tropical fruit aromas." This beer is light, fruity and refreshing with loads of late-addition hops for flavor and aroma, while keeping the hoppy bitterness to a friendly level.
